Food Corner: The Veranda Herbs & Spices

It is a delightful afternoon when we were invited to try The Veranda’s dinner feast one day. It’s my first time to try the resto and I like the unique feature of the place. It is a restaurant veranda-style which overlooks the busy streets of Angeles city.

We arrived a little early and got the chance to see the place while there is still a little day light. I adore the private dining setup and the exclusiveness of the place.

They served different food from their appetizers to their main buffet table. For starters, they have thin crust pizza and pulled pork sandwich. You can also create your own salad in their salad section.

For their main course, they served rice, pasta, and different set of meals. In my observation, they only have few options for their main dishes which I think is what they can improve on. I hope they can add more choices in the future.

Vegetable Fried Rice

Pasta Marinara

Pork Kung Pao

Roasted Chicken in Creamy Tuscan

Baked Fish in Lemon Garlic Sauce

For desserts, they have a wide range of selection from fruits. brownies and more. I'm into fruits now and I hope they'll have more kinds next time.

The highlight of my night was the Roasted Angus Beef. Without this, I don't think my visit would be complete. 'Cause it's not everyday that I get to try Angus! 😅

Out Veranda visit was something different from the usual food events we always attend here in the province. I think it is because of the unique place in the middle of the city. I just hope they'll consider adding more food options in the future.

The Veranda Herbs & Spices is located at 3rd floor Hanniel Sq. Bldg. McArthur Hway, Corner P. de Guzman St., Brgy. Claro M. Recto, Angeles City. They are open from 4pm to 11pm from Sunday to Monday. Their buffet is priced at P499 per head.

Much Love, Mommy ❤

  1. The Angus Beef looks delicious! That buffet is super affordable compared to those in Manila. I hope they will have a branch in the South too!

    1. Yup. I love the Angus but I prefer the flavor of the soup more than the Angus. The former just looks so nice!
