Food Corner: Choco-late de Batirol

If there's one thing I like to feast on during the rainy season, it is to eat champorado. Actually, even if it's not the rainy days, I always crave for it. I remember asking my hubby during pregnancy to buy me a cooked champorado immediately. He had to buy the pack at grocery which I didn't eat anyway because I just didn't like the taste. 😋

Champorado Con Tuyo - P95.00

Good thing I found out this champorado hub in the heart of San Fernando, Pampanga. It's the Choco-Late de Batirol at Northwalk 2. Finally! Finally! Now, I don't have any reason not to give-in on my cravings for champorado or if I just want a good hot cocoa drink. I know now that I have a place to go to! If only I had discovered this sooner, my world would have been a better place! Now do I sound like I legitly love it?

Iced Choco-late - P120.00

My hubby obviously loved their hot choco. I do, too! We were able to try some Filipino dishes as well and they are just equally as tasty as my faves. Their food are really good. The affordability is a plus factor too!

Sinigang - P310.00

Bistek - P265.00

Beef Caldereta - P265.00

Dinuguan - P220.00

You can also purchase pasalubong and the like at their store. I seriously love the homey feel the store brings. It is just the perfect place for morning breakfast so that you can sip that hot choco or eat that champorado, or after your morning jog and just want a place to relax. It brings back my memories of our province where we create our own tablea from the cacao fruit. I won't detail the process but we do it from scratch; from the seeds of the cacao down to grinding it to form tableas.

Legit 100% recommendable! I would seriously recommend this place to you all!

Much Love, Mommy ❤
