Mama Tet Cooks: Pork Giniling

Cooking easy to prepare food has been a favorite of mine because rearing a toddler and a baby is a difficult thing to do when you are left alone. Especially that my toddler requires more attention because he has series of tantrums where I cannot explain the reason why. 

So one easy dish tonprepare is this Pork Giniling. It requires few ingredients which is also easy to prepare. This is also a fave of both kids so it's a go for me.



What I do with this Pork Giniling, I use ketchup so it would be sweet for the kids. That is what we also like here at home. 

INGREDIENTS

      1 medium-sized carrots
      1 medium-sized potatoes
      5 cloves garlic
      1 small onion
      1/4 pork giniling
      1/2 cup ketchup
      2 eggs (optional)
      salt and pepper to taste


PROCEDURE

1. Saute onion and garlic. When both are soft, add giniling and saute until brown.
2. Add ketchup and bring to a boil. You can opt to add water if you want it more saucy.
3. Add the veggies and cook until soft. Adjust the taste with some salt and pepper.
4. Turn off the heat. You can add some boiled eggs if you want. (optional)

This is a very easy and yummy recipe for the kids and for the whole family. Railey is picky with carrots and potatoes but with this, he doesn't recognize them and eats with gusto! You might want to try this with your kids.
